for whatever reason in the main riff, that fret board never shows im hitting 2 on the e string during the part or 1 on the e string. Makes it look like he's hitting an open e when he's not.
The part where he bends all 4 on the 13 fret I can't do that shit how tf!?
Look up the spider exercise if you don't already know what it is. By far one of the best ways to strengthen your fingers. After a few months I was finally able to get it. The pain is real 🤣

Damn! I couldn't get the timing right for the verse, until I watched this video and noticed he downpicks all those open notes. Tried with all downstrokes instead of alternate picking and now I get it! That's exactly like that riff before the chorus on Asylum, can't get that right unless it's downpicked! Jeez!

The raking and first bend is my favorite part of the solo. The muted strumming really makes the rhythm of the song as well.
The outro riff is so sick especially when it goes with David's lyrics and how he sings "Don't let me live in an asylum, I live a lie" to the beat of that

I like more how he plaus with a floyd rose, but everyone have their style

You really don’t even need a whammy to play the solo and most of the solo is pretty straightforward, if you can just stick to an e minor scale and an e minor pentatonic scale you can figure most of it out by ear, the only complex part is to the end which I feel like he could’ve explained better and gone more depth into
Anyone else notice that he played the intro differently between the example and "to speed", lol. It's hard to slow down sometimes.

kenny kennyster I know I've downloaded all Disturbed albums on my phone and they are two songs but they always put them together on Concerts and there are also videos which show them together...It is not one song but still it sounds better
Remanence is the intro to the album which feeds right into the first song Asylum. It's good they put it separate songs I like the way they did it
